Anyone who knows me knows I have a love for fashion, styling and putting outfits together. This week I decided to challenge myself, I decided to put an outfit together for €50, and I achieved it!

For those of you who have not yet visited Kilkenny, it really is a great shopping destination. There is so much choice from stunning boutiques to high street stores including River Island, H & M, Vero Moda and Swamp, to name but a few!

September seems to have thrown all types of weather at us. So here I created a look for the chillier days and the not so cool days. Both are a casual day time look.

For the first look I picked up black trousers from H & M. They are high waisted with a zip and button to the side and feel just like a jean. They are available in different shades, and are just €9.99! I teamed it with a burgundy coloured crêpe jacket. I love the cut to this jacket, it’s light and handy for wearing over long sleeved tops or tang tops, such a gorgeous item for just €19.99, again from H & M. Here I’ve put it with a simple white tang top, these particular ones (also from H & M) are longer than usual, so they are handy for wearing with leggings. Here however I’ve tucked it into the trousers. I picked up this top for just €4.99!

Lastly I added boots from Penney’s to finish the look. These suede boots were stocked last year too and I got lots of wear out of them, so I bought them again in this light brown colour. Another great price, only €17. These boots could also be worn with denim jeans or even a skirt and tights.

So there is my first look, this totalled €51.97.

Wrap coats have made a big return for A/W 15. I REALLY love this wrap coat, it looks so elegant and looks a lot more expensive than what it is! This is available from Swamp for just €29.98 and also comes in a variety of colours.

I decided to add a mustard coloured handbag to this look. Simply because it’s nice to add a spot of colour to any look during winter months. Personally I don’t think we see enough of mustard and it really is a gorgeous colour. This bag is available from Penney’s for €10. It’s a big bag (for those of you who like to add the kitchen sink to it- like me). I think it’s very similar to this Michael Kors handbag, but without the price tag 😉

Lastly I added the trousers to this, the same ones as the look above. I’ve worn these a few times since picking them up in H & M last week, and they are really comfortable to wear. This second look totalled €49.97.

So there are my two looks each for just €50. It’s worth shopping around when you have a budget, but it’s very possible to create it!
