A couple of weeks ago I attended a lunchtime meet up to preview some of the gorgeous new products from Giorgio Armani Prima range.

The products I received in the Giorgio Armani Prima range to review was the smart moisturising serum & the refreshing make up fix spray.

Smart Moisture Serum

Where do I start with this product! I literally fell in love with it the minute I put it on my skin.  The product itself is quite compact. It has it’s own application tube allowing for easy application. Only a small amount of product is required, I was amazed to see how little of this serum provided sufficient and effective hydration to the skin. The key ingredient in this serum to ensure your skin glows is crimson sea weed especially when used overtime. When applying this product use circular massaging movements.

What I loved about this product is the ‘light’ feeling it leaves afterwards. As it is a serum, it dries quickly on the skin. I have used this product as a make up base too and it helps to give a gorgeous dewy glow to skin after applying foundation.

I would always class Giorgio Armani products as top of the range, and yes they are that little bit more expensive but you pay for what you get and that simply is luxury. Coming into this time of the year, harsh weather and constant heat play havoc on the skin and dehydration becomes a problem, this product is a treat to your skin to replenish hydration.

I’m a nurse, I work both day and night shifts, and this product helps give my skin a lift after being indoors for 13 hours in central heating. It’s also a gorgeous pick me up for skin after night shifts!

Refreshing Make Up Fix

The next product is a MUST HAVE. Having done a make up course in the past I understand the importance of long lasting make up and make up that looks as good at the end of the day as it did at the start. First things first with this product is the amount you receive, this is a €150ml bottle. Applying this product is easy, simply spray on the face (approx. 30 cm away from the face). It sprays a light mist equally all over the face in 2-3 pumps.

Immediately I was impressed at how this doesn’t effect your make up, it doesn’t cause eye shadow to clump or run, but simply gives it a brighter fresher look.

Again I refer back to my profession, while the days are long it is a fantastic opportunity to test any product. Over 13 hours, my make up naturally gets duller throughout the day so I took the opportunity to trial this product. It is so refreshing on the skin, it gives a dewier brighter look to make up.

This a handy one for your kit if you are going to a wedding, these are exceptionally long days and days when we need our make up to last into the early hours of the next morning. Pop this product into your handbag and use it as a refresher throughout the day! This product is a great price for the amount of product you are getting, it retails at just €45.00 and it is sure to last you months.
