MyLife by Irish Life

Happy Monday everyone!

So as you may know I have been working alongside Irish Life in latter weeks to show you their fab new app which has just launched!

I was delighted to be asked to come on board to work on the app because it is right up my street. Being a nurse health promotion and education is part of what I do every day!

MyLife is free to download on both Apple and Android devices. It is easy to use yet highly effective! It works by helping you make small changes be it in your diet, exercise or sleep. Most importantly it incorporates a holistic approach by also highlighting the importance of meditation.

Within the app you can set goals. Here the built in online coach will check in with you daily to make sure you are reaching these goals. This works via a notification on your phone which is a great reminder about these goals.

The app then creates an overall ‘health score’ for you by incorporating all aspects of your lifestyle. If you are competitive (like me) you might constantly strive to get your health score higher and higher!

Another great incentive to the app is the option to add a fitness tracker device. I’ve connected my Fitbit to the app and it picks up everything via the Fitbit app!

Some of the goals which I worked on was reaching 10,000 steps a day, eating more fish and less meat, adding more greens to my diet and meditation.

If you are an Irish Life member you can also avail of benefits by earning points and redeeming them in the MyLife rewards store.

So what are you waiting for getting downloading now for free here: https://mylife.irishlife.ie/home?utm_source=sineaddeblogger.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=masterbrand-mylife&utm_content=Post-MyLife-Launch-Influencers

Or if you have done so already let me know how you are getting on with your health score!

Enjoy!
